ABOUT ERIN
As the Founder and Principal of Yellow Door Solutions, Erin Landry-Baker uses a collaborative approach to designing customized responses to complex business needs. Erin is a natural relationship builder who undertakes each endeavor with thoughtful leadership and an open mind. Meaningful conversations are the launching point for each project and Erin expertly wades through multi-dimensional issues and relationship dynamics to promote a culture of trust and inclusivity among project partners.
Erin’s dynamic personality, coupled with an inherent warmth and curiosity, make her a skilled and savvy facilitator who can tap into the visions and ideas of diverse stakeholders and transform them into a single north star for change. Erin’s analytical abilities allow her to effectively mine quantitative/qualitative data sets to develop key insights and formulate practical recommendations for transformation, quality improvement and planning.
Erin has a varied work history with experience in healthcare, justice, social services, government and not-for-profit sectors. She is passionate about undertaking projects that have a positive and lasting impact on the health, well-being and safety of individuals, organizations and communities.

2020 candidate to become a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF) through the International Association of Facilitators (IAF)
When she isn’t working, Erin enjoys golfing, skiing, planning her next social gathering and trying to keep up with her husband and two young boys.
